Our engineers are technical specialists. Shaping your ideas through our 3D program is their passion. We like to let you think along with us to create the most optimal solution. We are focused on working efficiently, that's why we came up with a tool to automate the parts designed in the CAD system. With Fx-support the production files are generated and the parts lists are drawn up.

On the workshop computers the models can be viewed and parts can be measured. Paper assembly - and welding drawings are superfluous.
Concept engineering.
Scalable modeling.
When designing a model, our approach allows you to scale up the models in almost the same time. It is important that all parts have a relationship with each other. This relationship ensures that all models move along with each other when scaling up. Because models are related to each other, an enormous gain in time is achieved. The key to this success lies in the combination of 3D geometry and programming code.
Efficiency.
The arrangement of the working environment is crucial for a pleasant and smooth working process as a team or as an individual. The system we use ensures that everyone builds their models in an equal way. The information for bills of materials or ERP systems is also streamlined.
The engineer is guided to the right end goal, we do this by means of our application with which model-iProperties and parameters are made transparent. Information can also be dictated or automated. This helps to complete the work more efficiently and therefore faster.
We build the models in a "part" template. The sketch geometry and dimensions can be reused for new parts. The relationship between parts is therefore geometrically defined. This makes it easy to make parts fit and it stays in place when changes are made.
With the help of the Fx-support application the whole assembly can be worked out quickly.
Libraries.
Finding the right commercial items is time consuming.
We work with libraries in which our articles are put together in order to place the parts in the assemblies in an easy way.
